ORDERING PROCEDURES TrunksUSA will accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. COD orders will not be accepted. Orders received by 2:00 pm Central Time will be shipped no later than the following morning (excluding weekends) assuming the items are in stock. In the event the items are on backorder, you will be notified accordingly and advised when you can expect shipment. All shipments will be via UPS, unless you wish to have the charges applied to another shipping company that you already have an account with, and will include Standard Ground Delivery, Two-Day Delivery and Next Day Delivery. Enclose a copy of your invoice with a brief explanation for the return and/or exchange, as well as a description of the item(s) being returned. Please ship the package prepared via UPS or Parcel Post (insured). We do not accept return merchandise shipped COD.
