All cases and trunks purchased from Trunks USA are guaranteed against manufacturer’s defects for a period of one year from the date you receive your order. Should you encounter a defect, please contact Trunks USA. We will rectify the problem as quickly as possible.

We offer a free non-cosmetic lifetime repair policy on each trunk. Should your trunk ever become damaged throughout its many travels, we will repair it free of charge. This does not include cosmetic damage such as dents and scratches as they are not repairable. Simply ship the trunk back to us and we'll repair it at no charge. Please contact us prior to shipping it to us so we can give you the proper shipping instructions.
