All of our products are guaranteed against manufacturer's defects for a period of one year from the date you receive your order.  should you encounter a defect, please contact us.   We will rectify the problem as quickly as possible.  We offer a free non-cosmetic lifetime repair policy on all of our trunk and cube products.  Should your trunk ever become damaged throughout its many travels, we will repair it free of charge.  This does not include cosmetic damage such as dents and scratches as they are not repairable.  Simply ship it back to us and we'll repair it at no charge.  Please contact us prior to shipping it back to us so we can give you the proper shipping instructions. Our steel lockers and cubes are "steel over wood" frame retro trunks riveted for strength and appearance. We are proud of the look and feel of these products. Ambience is important to us and to our customers. So how the nickel plated hardware looks is as important as how it works. The overall effect is warmth, strength, and overall quality.
